Who We Are
Z M Business Solutions was established in 2002. Founded by its current Director, Mr Zamoy Dawa Mozagba, this company went from a simple freight agency to becoming an established freight forwarder bridging the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) to the Republic of South Africa. Having noticed a lack of adequate freight service between his home country the DRC and his country of residence (South Africa), Mr Mozagba jumped into this industry to add professionalism and quality service that was lacking in the cross border transportation space before the creation of this company. From there started this flagship agency shipping goods between the DRC and South Africa. With a strong emphasis on excellent service and professionalism, more than 20 years into its existence, ZM Business Solutions continues to provide excellent service greatly worthy of it’s incredible clientele. Today ZM Business Solutions is present in several main commercial cities between these two countries, with a fleet of vehicles, and a large number of staff to render the best of services. Moreover, very soon it will be opening its doors to other markets.
Mission & Goals
Our primary mission and motivation is to provide our clients with top quality service, ensuring the swift collection and delivery of their goods in the shortest period of time and at the most affordable and competitive rates. Our markets are currently exclusively African, shared between residents of the DRC & South Africa. Our expertise and keen understanding of the inner workings of the transportation industry between these two countries allows us to quickly and efficiently serve our clients, foresee any changes in the respective markets & act decisively, whilst maintaining excellent service to our clientele. Our immediate goals are to expand further across the SADC Region with our longer term goals firmly being set upon moving far beyond there, to the rest of Africa and beyond.
